While at Apple, I worked with the International Consulting Group on many projects over five years. The company has consistently done a fine job and has usually delivered the work product I needed on budget and on time. Occasionally, the cost of a milestone or a due date needed to be changed, and I have always found the company to be fair negotiators in working out such issues. I have worked with ICG for over two years in conjunction with the documentation for the Apple Media Tool. They produced a solid user guide and reference manual that assisted in the product being awarded the MacUser Eddy award as the Best New Multimedia Product. Their work on this project also received Merit and Achievement awards from the Society for Technical Communications. The staff is dedicated, hard working and was able to deliver the documentation on budget under an extremely tight schedule.
