Junior or Mid-Level Regulatory Medical Writers
Location:
Onsite in San Jose, CA (candidates MUST be local). No remote work and no telecommuting.
Description:
ICG Medical is seeking an exceptional Junior or Mid-Level Medical Writer/Regulatory Writer to develop regulatory documentation and scientific, clinical and academic publications.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and submit abstracts, posters, slide decks, and manuscripts to academic journals
- Draft, edit, and submit Clinical Study Reports, NDAs, eCTDs and other regulatory documentation
- May develop, write, edit, and submit grant proposals to private foundations and/or government agencies
- Perform data analysis
- Proven ability to work and manage multiple projects timelines
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.D.) in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, maternal-fetal medicine and/or cancer biology
- Prefer candidates with very high GPAs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Will need to mange and supervise up to three other medical regulatory writers
- Must have excellent command of the English language
- Post-doctoral experience preferred
- Experience with statistical analyses strongly preferred
- Considerable experience with scientific writing, including writing for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Considerable experience with developing conference materials, including abstracts, posters, and slide decks
- Experience writing marketing materials (white papers, patient brochures, etc) preferred
- Self-motivated, creative, and independent
- Ability to understand new subjects quickly
