Junior or Mid-Level Regulatory Medical Writers

Location:

Onsite in San Jose, CA (candidates MUST be local). No remote work and no telecommuting.

Description:

ICG Medical is seeking an exceptional Junior or Mid-Level Medical Writer/Regulatory Writer to develop regulatory documentation and scientific, clinical and academic publications.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and submit abstracts, posters, slide decks, and manuscripts to academic journals
  • Draft, edit, and submit Clinical Study Reports, NDAs, eCTDs and other regulatory documentation
  • May develop, write, edit, and submit grant proposals to private foundations and/or government agencies
  • Perform data analysis
  • Proven ability to work and manage multiple projects timelines

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.D.) in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, maternal-fetal medicine and/or cancer biology
  • Prefer candidates with very high GPAs
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Will need to mange and supervise up to three other medical regulatory writers
  • Must have excellent command of the English language
  • Post-doctoral experience preferred
  • Experience with statistical analyses strongly preferred
  • Considerable experience with scientific writing, including writing for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Considerable experience with developing conference materials, including abstracts, posters, and slide decks
  • Experience writing marketing materials (white papers, patient brochures, etc) preferred
  • Self-motivated, creative, and independent
  • Ability to understand new subjects quickly
