Medical Writing Intern/Junior Medical Writer
Description:
ICG Medical is seeking an exceptional Medical Writing Intern/Junior Medical Writer to develop manuscripts, regulatory documentation, scientific, clinical and academic publications.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and submit manuscripts to academic journals
- Draft, edit, and submit Clinical Study Reports, NDAs, PSURs, eCTDs and other regulatory documentation
- Develop posters and slide decks
- Draft and edit marketing materials
- Position may also involve developing, writing, editing and submitting grant proposals to private foundations and/or government agencies
- Perform data analysis
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects
- Manage project time lines
Requirements:
- Degree (B.S. or M.S.) in biology, chemistry, natural sciences, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, maternal-fetal medicine and/or cancer biology
- Prefer candidates with very high GPAs
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Candidates who may require H1B visa sponsorship are welcome to apply as well
- Must have excellent command of the English language
- Experience with statistical analyses strongly preferred
- Experience with scientific writing, including writing for both technical and non-technical audiences preferred
- Considerable experience with developing conference materials, including abstracts, posters, and slide decks
- Self-motivated, creative, and independent
- Ability to understand new subjects quickly
