Description:

International Consulting Group Marketing (www.icgmarcom.com), located in Silicon Valley, is seeking a contract Marketing Project Manager. You will contribute in a corporate B.U., and manage NA Enterprise Demand Generation projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will oversee all aspects of projects; create executional schedule, align with internal and external partners to ensure all deadlines are met, as well as regularly summarize progress and metrics of projects.

Education:

BA/BS in Business, Marketing or commensurate work experience

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years Marketing Project Management experience with at least 2 to 3 years of Demand Generation marketing projects work.
  • Successful relevant track record at one or more mid-size and/or enterprise high tech companies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal team members and outside agencies while juggling multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Adept at project management and executional support for a wide range of marketing campaigns.
  • Meet with internal clients to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate red flags to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Create and update weekly lead list tracking/reporting for all projects/campaigns to monitor and track status and results against KPIs. Perform overall demand project/campaign tracking and logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional; PMP, PMI or PRINCE II certification is a major plus Marketo operations experience a plus.
